A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
Before we
get started.
Can I start with just an idea or a reference photo?
Yes. A reference is a useful starting point. The first step is to clarify the intended use, materials, quantities, destination and any requirements that will guide a supplier search.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product, supplier and level of customization. Share your target quantity so options can be compared against your project, rather than assuming a single minimum for every product.
How are sourcing fees and product costs handled?
A project proposal should set out the service scope and fees, with product, sample, inspection and freight costs identified separately where applicable. Confirm these before committing to an order.
Can you help with testing or compliance requirements?
Include your destination market and required standards in the brief. Supplier documents and any independent testing need to be checked for the specific product. Availability and responsibilities should be agreed for each project.
